It's 8:11pm and Kate is 6 hours old. We finally left the "labor and delivery" side of the maternity floor about 5:30pm. Amy was nauseous from the epidural so they kept us over there a little longer than normal before the move to the "mother/baby" side.

Our first nurse in mother/baby was our friend Amy Hennessey. She worked until 7:30pm and will be back at 7:00am to be our nurse for tomorrow. Nurse Amy said Kate did great for her bath and didn't cry.

Grandpa Dave and Grandma Shirley came by to visit around 7pm.
